Shipping Policy

We want your Memory Orb to reach you safely and on time. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Each order takes 3–5 business days to prepare before it ships.
  • During busy periods like the holidays, processing can take a little longer.

Shipping & Delivery

  • After processing, delivery usually takes:
    • United States: 7–14 business days
    • Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 14–21 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control, such as customs, carrier delays or weather.

Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to appear or update.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is free on every order to the countries listed above.
  • Import duties and taxes are included in your order, so there’s nothing extra to pay when your package arrives.

Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly or incompletely.
  • Spotted a mistake? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll update it before your order ships.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • Lost in transit: If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Marked as delivered but not received: Please check with neighbors, your building’s mailroom and your local post office first. If it still can’t be found, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Delays

  • We do everything we can to deliver on time. In rare cases, customs checks, holiday volume or carrier issues can push delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.
  • If your order seems delayed, reach out and we’ll check on it for you.
